Founded in 2010 as a small fire dancing business, Spotlight Entertainment has evolved into a dynamic multi-performer agency, delivering entertainment solutions for local and international corporate clients across Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Director Ashleigh Caddick is a professional dancer, drummer, fire artist, and DJ performing under the name Ashtag. She holds a BCom(Hons) degree and, in 2017, left her long-standing career as a Marketing Manager to focus full-time on growing and leading the company.
